Burning Ink opening in London
DC SHOES EUROPE PRESENTS BURNING INK
ART LOOKS FOR A NEW CANVAS AS THE LONDON EDITION OF BURNING INK OPENS
The 4th edition of Burning Ink officially kicked off in London last night as a crowd descended on Cheshire Street to see what this unique art show, at Beach Gallery, had to offer. With a collection of hand drawn prints from world-renowned street artists, graphic designers and illustrators, Burning Ink caught intrigued eyes and a taker already… The lights stayed on at ‘Kids Love Ink’ as tattooist, Charlie Shazer, inked through the night. Also earlier in the evening, DC Shoes launched a limited edition Burning Ink shoe to be exclusively sold at Boxpark with profits going to ART AGAINST KNIVES. If you missed out, it’s not over, not even close, you can still head down to Beach and check out the art, as the show stays open to the public for the next fortnight. Then on Saturday the 31st, the closing ceremony between Beach London and ‘Kids Love Ink’ brings all to a fiery end, when the pieces of art will be burnt, to only survive if inked into a new canvas, a buyers skin…
