Queercore punks release music video for the lasted single off their upcoming ‘Shout At The Hetero’.

Oakland, CA queer punk juggernauts Middle-Aged Queers have released the third single off their upcoming ‘Shout At The Hetero’ album, which is scheduled for release late summer / early fall on Say-10 Records. The band writes:

“Most of the songs on this album were written in the initial lockdown period of Covid-19 and take a much darker approach than our first album; ‘Knot Circus’ is no exception. The song explores the phenomenon of catching people in their worst behavior while questioning if we, the public, are becoming a surveillance state. An interesting change of pace for a band that historically written primarily gay content. We are stoked to be joining Say-10, home to the legendary Green Jellÿ and fellow queercore bands Dog Park Dissidents and Sarchasm. Not only have we joined a terrific label, but we’ve also joined a cult!”

About Middle-Aged Queers: Founded in 2019 by ex-members of The Cost (Lookout Records), Fang (Boner Records), The Insaints (MaximumRockNRoll Records), and Yaphet Kotto (Ebullition Records), Middle-Aged Queers are a Bay Area “super group” of Jurassic Punks on a mission to make punk rock gay again. They have shared the stage with Agent Orange, The Avengers, GayC/DC, Man On Man, MDC, Year Of The Fist, The Longshot. They were voted Best Live Band in the Bay Area Reporter’s 2020 “Best of the Bay” awards.
