Introducing Saint Archer latest R&D Series release with their friends over at Stella Jeans Ice Cream, POG Sorbet Sour IPA.

Available on draft at both of Saint Archer tasting rooms beginning last Thursday, October 21st. Stella Jeans Ice Cream will be serving their POG Sorbet alongside Saint Archer R&D collaboration, so be sure to come by Miramar tasting room between 5-7 for a pint and a scoop! Limited availability.

“In collaboration with the popular, local ice cream shop, Stella Jeans Ice Cream, we came together with this idea for a sorbet sour IPA. They have a rare release of their own POG Sorbet, which is very sought after, so we thought it would only be appropriate to make this collaboration just as special. This beer boasts a very light and refreshing tartness to allow the POG (passion fruit, orange, guava) to shine through in all its fruity glory. To mimic this ever-popular Pacific Islander jewel, we shot for a heavy guava character, followed by orange, and then passion fruit to round it all together.
