July 30, 2026 – etnies is proud to introduce the Locut Vulc x Fos and Emerson x Fos, two exclusive colorways created in collaboration with British skateboarder and artist Mark “Fos” Foster, alongside a supporting apparel capsule featuring his original illustrations.

Fos has been part of skate culture longer than most people have been skating. Founder of Heroin Skateboards, former art director for Baker, Deathwish and Altamont, and the creative force behind some of the most recognizable skateboard graphics, his work is immediately identifiable: raw, funny, strange, and completely sincere. He helped define the aesthetic of skateboarding by building it from the inside.

The collaboration came together the way Fos works best–hands-on and without overthinking it. He drew the characters, painted the obstacles, showed up to the session. His unmistakable illustrations appear on the insoles of both shoes and carry across the full apparel capsule. LOCUT VULC X FOS
The Locut Vulc x Fos takes the classic Locut silhouette and gives it some personality. Finished in lush light-blue suede with crisp white detailing, the slim vulcanized construction keeps feet connected to the board for feel and control. Triple-stitched toe caps resist blowouts. Elastic tongue straps lock in the fit. The 400NBS rubber outsole handles grip. Inside, Fos‘ illustrations cover the insoles in his trademark dense, chaotic style, “Mall Rat Shoes,” “Rebel Sports,” and every character in between.

EMERSON X FOS
The Emerson x Fos brings Fos‘s raw creative energy into a clean, vintage-inspired silhouette. Deep navy suede with pearly white detailing and a die-cut EVA midsole for cushioning and board feel. A mix of suede and breathable mesh uppers keeps it light. Elastic tongue straps and a herringbone tread outsole round out a shoe that works as hard as it looks good. Fos‘s signature touch lives on the tongue and insoles.

APPAREL
The Fos capsule extends into a tee, hoodie and cap, all featuring an original Fos illustration. Designed to be worn to the session and everywhere else.
