Members of Simulakra, Sanction, Discontent, Scarab and Devil Master. Formed in 2023, Final Resting Place are taking things back to 1999 and the crushing days of metallic death metal.

The band made their debut in February 2024 with the release of ‘Prelude To Extinction’, a six song mammoth that had the metal and hardcore communities buzzing. Now, band team up with DAZE for the release of new EP, ‘Bound By Affliction’, out now. Comprised of members of Simulakra, Sanction, Discontent, Scarab, Devil Master, it’s no surprise Final Resting Place are delivering brutal and heavy. Tracks like ‘Descent To Dementia’ and ‘Forbidden Knowledge’ featuring thick growls, snare-driven drums, and pulverizing breakdowns. The EP was recorded at Mass Casualty Studios in Brooklyn NY, mixed by Jayway and Alex Deheza, and mastered by AFW, with art direction and design by Dom Pabon. Final Resting Place will fittingly open for Suffocation and Merauder on February 22 in Amityville NY at AMH. The band will join the DAZE tour from April 8th to April 20th alongside Torture, Balmora, Sanction, Azshara.
