Half Dizzy share new single off long-awaited LP ‘Yard Sale’ out Dec 12 on Punkerton Records
Produced and Recorded by Pete Steinkopf (The Bouncing Souls) at Little Eden. FFO: The Used, The Bouncing Souls, Rufio.
The gritty punk rock powerhouse from Long Island, returns with ‘Yard Sale’ — a long-awaited full-length album set for release on December 12 via Punkerton Records. The record was produced and recorded by Pete Steinkopf of The Bouncing Souls at his legendary Little Eden studio, capturing the band’s raw energy and unapologetic sound.
“‘Yard Sale’ has been a long time coming and we couldn’t be any prouder. Some of these songs were written years ago, some of them weren’t even finished when we stepped into the studio, but we had one goal and that was to write the best, most punk as fuck album we possibly could. It’s got heart and soul, it’s got sad songs, fight songs, party songs. This album is everything we want to stand for.” – Half Dizzy
Album is band’s raw and reflective punk rock scrapbook; an album built from the pieces of a life lived loud, lost, and learned the hard way. Through 14 emotionally charged tracks, the band explores what it means to be left behind, forced to grow up fast, and figure things out with no roadmap. Songs like ‘All Or None’ and ‘Darkest Days’ echo the pain of isolation and the strength it takes to keep moving, while ‘Fade Away’ and ‘Easton’ celebrate fleeting joy and the bonds that time and distance can’t erase. With every riff and lyric, LP captures the grit of standing on your own, the ache of what’s gone, and the beauty in what’s salvaged. It’s not just a record, it’s everything you’ve carried, let go of, and survived through.
