Straight out of Boise, Idaho, Witness Chamber are making straight edge, metallic hardcore with an intense ferocity. Emerging in 2021 with their ‘Paradise Awaits’ EP, followed by 2023’s ‘True Delusion’ EP, the band now return with ‘Bronze Gates’ slated for release December 5th through Northwest hardcore label Brain Floss Records. Recorded and mixed by Charles Toshio (Sunami, Spy) at Panda Studios and mastered by Brogun Allen at Nightowl Studios, the seven tracks are band’s most expansive yet. The band’s dark and aggressive sound embodies a feeling of dread as lyrics address damnation and self-examination. Single ‘Stranger’ out now, starts with a 70’s style sample that transitions into a strengthy “blegh” as the hard-hitting song kicks in. Emboldened vocals preside over rapid drum fills, thick guitars, and a punishing breakdown.
Witness Chamber will head to California for a five date run with Judge, Integrity, and Earth Crisis starting October 16th and will return in November for three shows with End Of Dayz. Full dates below.
