Northeast band announce debut self-titled EP out January 16th, 2026 on Static Era Records.

Having teased with punchy single ‘Shades From Inside’ earlier this fall, the band now share the heavier ‘MTPPL’ and reveal the full EP tracklist and artwork. Sitting somewhere between hardcore, alternative rock, and shoegaze, Negative Love create a dynamic sonic statement meant to emulate a plethora of emotions. Produced by vocalist Brendan Williams, the five EP tracks balance aggressive and dreamlike, dark and vibrant. On the single band flow from floaty vocals over a weighty riff into an intentionally jarring delivery as ambient noise surrounds a powerful hardcore moment. The lyrics stress feeling disappointed by those who take their platform for granted.
