(NY/NY)- Since forming in 2019 NYC 77’ punk rockers Mala Vista have been on a roll. RIYL: Teenage Head, The Boys, Ramones.

Initially calling themselves “Mala Vista Social Club” (a play on Buena Vista Social Club but meaning bad outlook or bad perspective), they shortened the name to just Mala Vista. Releasing their second full length album in 2024, they had drawn comparisons to some of the punk rock and roll greats like Eddie And The Hot Rods, The Boys and Johnny Thunders, but with a modern and fresh sound. The ‘Snub Nose .38 EP’ is no different, 4 catchy as hell rockers that will be in your head after just one listen! The band wanted to send out a sneak peak before starting their second European tour on October 31st! Not to brag, but in the last few years they’ve released 2 full length albums, two singles, countless shows and a European tour, all under a strict NYC lockdown. They’ve also shared the stage with 999, The Zeros, Exploding Hearts and many more. EP (currently available on bandcamp) is out on October 31st, 2025 on limited edition yellow vinyl. Available in North America on Spaghetty Town Records (USA), and Ghost Highway Recordings (Europe).
