Roman Hardcore band Feldspar release ‘Pasta Day’

Roman Hardcore band Feldspar release ‘Pasta Day’
Salad Days

Out October 16 via Time To Kill Records. Timed to coincide with World Food Day, the track is both a rallying cry and a reminder of solidarity in fractured times.

Produced by Nick Terry (Turbonegro, The Libertines, Stone Roses, Peaches) and recorded at Black Water Studios, single builds on the urgency of band’s acclaimed 2024 debut ‘Old City New Ruins’ while carving deeper into their signature mix of hardcore intensity, spoken-word grit, and anthemic hooks. At first glance, pasta is just food. But group turn it into a symbol: of sharing, care, and inclusion. This song transforms this everyday ritual into an anthem of protest — one that highlights the quiet, informal acts of solidarity between peers and the crucial role of organized, structural support for those left behind in modern cities. The official ‘Pasta Day’ video is directed by Roberto “Saku” Cinardi, one of Italy’s most acclaimed music video creators. Known for his collaborations with platinum-selling artists like Verdena, Lacuna Coil, Giusi Ferreri, Emis Killa, and Salmo, Saku brings Feldspar’s vision to life with a raw, poetic visual narrative that captures resilience, dignity, and community.

Based in Rome but comprised of members from the US, UK, and Italy, Feldspar channel the energy of bands like Drug Church, Scowl, and One Step Closer with a socially conscious edge. Their 2024 debut earned international acclaim for its raw power and community-driven themes. With a sophomore album already on the horizon (scheduled to be recorded in August 2026), band continue to forge a reputation as one of Europe’s most vital new hardcore voices.
