GIRLS ANNOUNCE UK & EUROPEAN TOUR DATES

San Francisco’s Girls are pleased to announce details of a full UK and European tour in November. The tour will see the band playing five UK headline dates, including a London show at the 1100 capacity Electric Ballroom on 9th November. The shows will follow the release of Girls’ new album, ‘Father, Son, Holy Ghost’ which will be released in the UK on 12th September 2011 on Fantasytrashcan / Turnstile. The album comes two years after their acclaimed debut (‘Album’) and a year after the follow up mini-album (‘Broken Dreams Club’). It’s their most accomplished record to date. Advance tickets for the UK dates go on sale today – Tuesday 19th July – exclusively from www.turnstilemusic.net/tickets where fans will also have the opportunity to buy very limited Girls t-shirts when purchasing tickets. UK and European tickets go on general sale from Thursday 21st July.
