Silvaplana, SUI (March 2024) – The preparations for the FIS Snowboard and Freeski season finals at Corvatsch Park in Engadin, Switzerland, are on track.

The final touches are being made to the Slopestyle course, which will take center stage in the freestyle world from March 21 to 24 for the concluding FIS Slopestyle World Cup of the winter season 2023/24. Who will claim the small crystal globe in Slopestyle and the big crystal globe for the Park & Pipe ranking for both women and men? Who will be crowned the 2024 Corvatsch Champions?

Corvatsch Park – Freestyle Heaven

With good reason, Corvatsch Park carries the subtitle “Freestyle Heaven”. The park offers everything that the freestyle heart desires and makes it beat faster. Jumps that the pro’s rave about, rail features and obstacles that demand creativity. That’s why the World Cup finals are a fixed date in the calendars of the very best. Nicolas Huber, Corvatsch Park and World Championships 2025 ambassador, can’t wait to welcome riders from around the world to his home mountain: “At home, I naturally feel extremely comfortable. And the park simply offers the best and biggest line we have worldwide. So, it’s the course with the biggest jumps and craziest obstacles. It’s the culmination of the season, where you really showcase how well you can snowboard and at what level the sport is.” The World Cup is practically the big «test» before the FIS Snowboard, Freestyle and Freeski World Championships 2025 in St. Moritz. In exactly one year, snowboarders and freeskiers will compete for gold medals in Slopestyle and the brand-new Superpipe, which recently celebrated its inauguration.

For freeskiers, the 11th World Cup edition is a home game, while snowboarders are excited to end their season in Engadin for the fourth consecutive year. Best freestylers can be witnessed live in action: The World Cup Corvatsch is free to watch with a valid lift ticket to the Murtèl middle station. The highlights include the Snowboard finals on Saturday, March 23, and the Freeski finals on Sunday, March 24, 2024. All competitions – from qualification rounds to the finals – will be streamed on the event-website. Watch out for the schedule on www.corvatschpark.ch/world-cup.
