NASS 2019 SKATERS ANNOUNCED / NASS 2019 PRO PARK COURSE DESIGNS REVEALED / NASS 2019 TICKETS ON SALE NOW.

The UK’s biggest celebration of music, street art, skate and BMX, NASS festival is returning to the Bath & West Showground, near Bristol on Thursday 11 – Sunday 14 July 2019 for their biggest year yet, featuring headliners Giggs, Rudimental and Cypress Hill. NASS brings together the world’s best skaters to compete in one of the biggest and most progressive contests in the country. The highly anticipated NASS 2019 Pro Park course details have been revealed. 105 skaters from 8 different countries will be competing for a combined prize purse of £20,000 across all disciplines. This year sees a number of Tokyo 2020 Olympic hopefuls competing including Skateboard GB’s Alex Decunha, Alex Halford and Jordan Thackeray who will all benefit from UK Sport’s recent Aspiration Fund award. Back again to defend their NASS 2018 Skate Street titles are America’s Ke’chaud Johnson and Great Britain’s Helena Long. Other competing skaters include Emerica pro Leo Romero (USA), Spanish National Street Champion Christian Estrada (ESP), Jart Pro Adrien Bulard (FRA), Jordan Sharkey (GBR), Kris Vile (GBR), Charlie Munro (GBR), Onnie Saltevo (FIN), Matias Dell’Olio (ARG), Daryl Dominguez (GBR), Korahn Gayle (GBR), Harry Lintell (GBR), Maxim Kruglov (RUSS), Eddie Belvedere (GBR), Willy Lara (USA), Ben Grove (GBR), Pol Catena (ESP), Sam Pulley (GBR) and Robert Smith (GBR) plus many more, see below for the complete list. Created by the UK’s leading park designers FourOneFour, the NASS 2019 Pro Park has been carefully designed to cater for street and park skaters. New exciting features have been added to this year’s park including a hammer section with a stair set and driveway tech section for the street heads, plus transition gaps and hips for the park heads. In keeping with the spirit of the festival, Bristol-based artist, Mr Penfold will be transforming the park into a bespoke art piece. Skaters will be competing in two different disciplines this year, Skate Street which is split into men’s and women’s competitions and new addition, Mini Ramp. The ever-popular NASS Jams are making a return, following a tried and tested format they see skaters battle for cash for tricks, they include the legendary Ring of Fire, Skate Wallride and Longest Rail Jam. The Plaza which serves as a public skatepark will be back with an all new course design; attendees are encouraged to bring their board with them to experience the festival to its fullest.
