Local Valleys boy – Cai Grocott gave us a tour of some of the finest spots South Wales has to offer.

Fellow Welshman Mike Jones, Elliott Heap, Adam Brayton, Ant Hale and new kid on the block Corey Watson (read on to hear more about him) joined Cai. Expect a lot of laughs, some questionable calls and of course some rad riding from these boys.
