THE PINNACLE OF AWESOMENESS: THE 2023 SWATCH NINES HIGHLIGHT REEL.

A new video recaps the best action and highest vibes from snow sports’ crucible of creativity. Sit skier Jay Rawe and snowboarder Fridtjof Tischendorf are voted the week’s MVPs. An unforgettable week at the action-sports melting pot known as Swatch Nines is recapped in a new highlight edit. Join a star-studded crew from across the action-sports spectrum at the Schilthorn – Piz Gloria in Switzerland and relive all the best moments from the 2023 Swatch Nines presented by Falken. The new edit showcases the week’s best performers including sit skier Jay Rawe (USA) and snowboarder Fridtjof Tischendorf (NOR) who were voted as the MVPs of the Swatch Nines by their peers. This is the first time that an adaptive skier has received this honor at the Nines.

WHAT TO KNOW:

• From the 17th to the 22nd of April 2023, the Swatch Nines convened an elite squad of skiers, snowboarders, skateboarders and bikers at the Schilthorn – Piz Gloria in Switzerland’s Bernese Alps.

• Over 60 athletes from 14 different countries participated in this multi-disciplinary meeting of the minds.

• From sunrise shoots to night sessions, the action ranged from spectacular group hits on the Formation feature to unparalleled skate-meets-snow shots at the skate bowl feature.

• The week’s best riders were voted on by their peers in the categories of MVP, Best Trick, best newcomer, creativity and high vibes (see the full list of winners below).
