WILDILDLIFE ‘DETAILS’ OUT NOW; LIMITED AVAILABILITY
Limited to only 500 pieces, the vinyl pressing of Wildildlife‘s posthumous swan song, ‘Details’, an album no one knew about until we decided that it was just too good to go unreleased, is super limited because 300 of the 500 copies were sent to VEVC subscribers. So if you want to get your hands on the vinyl version of this album, you should act quickly. ‘Details’ is packed full of brain-bent mutant sounds from a vast sonic palette. Huh? Well our buds at Aquarius Records in San Francisco have just as much trouble describing Wildildlife as we do:

“They sound like a lot of things, but ultimately their own special Wildildlife thing – and we don’t have enough hypens handy to describe all the genres they glom together into that. Yeah they’re heavy and noisy and fucked up, palling around with Harvey Milk and other sludgey/doom metal types, but also have an almost glammy, “buried pop” side to ‘em that’s become less and less buried from record to record. This new one is perhaps their poppiest, catchiest yet, without sacrificing any of the delicious distortion, noisiness or heaviness, though”.
